🌜who is moonprincedesign?
↪ hi, i'm j! i'm a trans masc person (he/they pronouns) and a 1997 liner and have been into kpop since 2019 and designing various kpop themed products since 2021 when i discovered other kpop themed washi tape makers and wanted some (g)i-dle themed washi tape for my trades and, after not being able to find any, decided i'd just make it myself! i'm an insomnia (dami ulted, 2yoo biased, singji bias wreckers, since 2020 (with a bit of a break in there)), neverland (soyeon ulted, minqi bias wreckers (casual in 2020, ulted in 2021)), and don1y (woodam biased (since 2020)), but i mainly design for dreamcatcher and (g)i-dle. i currently do everything for the business myself, but i do have a couple good friends that i run ideas by and get advice from
🌜behind the name
↪ our name is derived from dreamcatcher's first fansong 'full moon' and dami's nickname 'prince dami'
🌜what we do?
↪ we currently design various kpop goods based on our favorite groups!! while currently we mostly specialize in photocard holders, pickets, and keychains, we plan to expand eventually into slogans, enamel pins, and various other things we have our eye on but just haven't been able to find the demand for quite yet
general shop questions
🌜how long will it take you to ship?
↪ depending on whether the product is on-hand or a pre-order will determine the shipping time. on-hand products are usually shipped within 3 business days, whereas pre-orders will have a pre-order period that we will put into production at the end of the pre-order period and then it usually takes our manu about 6-8 weeks to produce and send to us after which we will quality check before finally sending out to you
🌜why pre-orders?
↪ pre-orders help us be able to fund our designs and be able to guage an interest for them within the community. items that are popular during pre-order will often get multiple batches versus items that are not as popular may only get the initial batch made or may end up being refundedÂ
🌜what if i already placed an order and want to add more/what if i want to combine my orders?
↪ if you've already placed an order and want to add more (or want to add from an aditional drop), go ahead and shoot us a dm on our instagram account and we'll send you a discount code for free shipping for your and combine them on our end so that you won't have to pay for shipping twice for orders made during the same period, if they're part of two different pre-order periods and you want to combine them it just may delay you first order from getting sent out as quickly
🌜how can we get your products if we're not located in the usa?
↪ if you're located outside of the usa and are interested in getting any of our products feel free to dm us!! we reccomend holding group orders as international shipping costs from the usa are quite costly, but please dm us before you host a group order for our products!!
🌜i am also dfw located, can i just pick products up from you directly?
↪ yes! you can use our event pickup option and specify in the order notes which event you'll be picking up at!! if we don't have any upcoming events and you'd still like to pick up directly from us, please shoot us a dm and we can arrange for a pickup in the lewisville, denton, or carrollton areas!!

🌜who do you hold events for?
↪ we currently only plan to hold events for dreamcatcher (including the members) when we're able to, we cannot promise events for all members at this time or more than full group events, but we would like to be able to get to a point where we could hold events for each members birthday and other important dates. the future may include events for (g)i-dle.
🌜 can we use your cupsleeve design for our event?
↪ absolutely! please reach out to us and we'd be happy to send you the files! all we ask is for small credit and to not change things up too much as otherwise it wouldn't really be our design anymore. as of right now we just want to see our favorite groups being celebrated by fans from all over so we will not ask for any compensation. if you'd like us to design a cupsleeve for your event please reach out and we may be able to help, we also have some cupsleeve designs already made for some idols (like (g)i-dle soyeon) that we would be happy to share as we don't believe we'd be able to hold the event ourselves, our only ask would be that you send us a cupsleeve/tier gifts in exchange for the design(s) (we would only ask for tier gifts if you use tier gifts designed by us!!)!!Â
